Why this crazy pace?
O. A: [She thinks.] For happiness. I do this job to make people happy for a show, forget their worries. Moreover, at the end of each show, I always want to cry when I see people shouting their joy. The happiness I give comes back to me.
You have passed your father in notoriety. Is not it difficult?
O. A. I felt very guilty. One day I had a long discussion with him, as we often do, late at night. I overflowed and cried. I told him I would have liked it to happen to him rather than to me. He then told me he was happy, that he felt like a smuggler without which nothing would have been possible.
These are the rational explanations ...
O. A. I think I have done better because I am more brutal, more violent. But thanks to the therapy, I understood that this guilt was a false problem, a screen. He's fine, he's still singing, people are singing his singing lessons. And when I think of my success, even if it is not the main motivation, I think especially: we hold it, our revenge!
The revenge of immigrants ...
O. R. Of course!
And after the revenge, your idea of happiness?
O. R.: A big house, with my lover, full of children, a garden where I would grow my vegetables ... And a lot of music, of course.
